Job Summary Responsible to manage corporate banking relationships and assist with equipment financing. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: • Manage banking relationships, including service and fee negotiations and reviews • Oversee senior credit facility draws, payments, and interest rates • Administer online bank access rights • Review and approve checks, wires, and ACH payments • Solicit and review equipment financing proposals and agreements • Maintain equipment financing records, including amortization schedules and terms of agreements • Assist with unclaimed property compliance • Other Duties as assigned.
