The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent in support of organizational workforce needs. This role provides full-cycle recruiting support across aviation, healthcare, and corporate functions and partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure timely and effective hiring results.
The recruiter must be able to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining strong candidate experience, compliance with company policies, and alignment with workforce planning goals.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Travel required up to 30 percent based on recruiting needs, hiring events, and business requirements.
All employees must follow company policies, procedures, and employment practices in accordance with applicable laws.
This position is eligible for remote work within the United States. Remote status is subject to business needs and may require periodic travel to company locations, recruiting events, or meetings as needed.
This position is eligible to participate in the company’s Recruiter Incentive Plan in accordance with plan guidelines. Incentive eligibility, performance metrics, and payout are determined by the organization and may be adjusted based on business needs, individual performance, and plan provisions.
