Job Summary

The HR Data Integrity and Reporting Analyst is an individual contributor role responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate compensation reporting and analytics. The position supports Compensation as the primary analytical resource and provides cross functional reporting support to HRIS, Payroll, Onboarding, Workforce Development, and People Analytics. The analyst ensures data integrity, clear communication, and consistent reporting practices across HR systems.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: 

Compensation Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce standardized and ad‑hoc reports on job architecture, job codes, salary structures, compensation trends, and merit/bonus outcomes.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmark comparisons, job evaluations, and prepare compensation summaries for review.
  • Maintain job architecture data, including job descriptions and coding updates in UKG and related systems.
  • Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, step reviews, leveling) ensuring alignment with policy, equity, and budget.
  • Manage the Compensation inbox and deliver high‑quality stakeholder support.
  • Maintain departmental documentation, SOPs, communication templates, and training materials.
  • Administer and track the relocation program, processing documentation and system updates.

Reporting & Data Governance

  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and repeatable reporting processes.
  • Maintain a metric catalog, data dictionary, and data‑quality routines (duplicates, missing data, hierarchy checks).
  • Translate business requests into clear analytical outputs for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Build, maintain, and document reporting using tools such as SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and VBA.
  • Support audit readiness through report documentation, evidence preparation, and data validation.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR/CPRA/EEOC and pay transparency requirements.

Cross‑Functional HRIS, Payroll & Analytics Support

  • Partner with HRIS and Payroll to ensure data accuracy in UKG Pro for job codes, pay rates, and compensation‑related values.
  • Assist with data audits, system testing, change requests, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support payroll audits, bonus validation, corrections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain collaborative communication with HR partners and other stakeholders.

Other Duties

  • Participate in departmental projects, process mapping, and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain process documentation and reusable templates.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Minimum two (2) years of HRIS experience with a heavy emphasis in data reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels,
  • Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals: job structures, market pricing, salary ranges, and pay programs; ability to prepare defensible analyses and documentation. 
  • High attention to detail with proven capability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies; audit ready mindset. 
  • Ability to translate data into clear, well organized reporting for technical and non technical stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills. Develops and present recommendations from accurate assessments and analysis
  • Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment while maintaining confidentiality of pay data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present to executive level
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Computer Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query/Power Pivot), required
  • Salary.com /CompAnalyst and/or market pricing, survey analysis tools, preferred
  • UKG Pro (HR and Payroll reporting; data, workflows, integrations) and its reporting/analytics capabilities, preferred. 
  • Experience in iCIMS or recruiting software preferred
  • MS Form and Power Automate experience, preferred

USD $65,000.00/Yr.
