We’re hiring an Agile Delivery Data Product Manager to lead the delivery and execution of Air Methods’ enterprise data strategy.
This role owns the planning, delivery, and execution of our data initiatives — ensuring we deliver trusted, governed, and scalable data products across the business. You’ll act as the Product Manager for data platform and analytic workstreams and as a ScrumMaster guiding agile delivery across data engineering and analytics teams.
The ideal candidate combines product management mindset, agile leadership, and deep experience with modern data architecture and analytics tools. You understand how to manage data as a product, turning strategy into measurable business outcomes through disciplined delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as Product Manager for enterprise data initiatives, managing and prioritizing the backlog for Snowflake data platform, ELT pipelines, and analytics delivery.
- Act as ScrumMaster for cross-functional data teams, facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and driving iterative delivery.
- Manage data as a product—define ownership, usability, quality standards, and measurable business outcomes for each data domain.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics leads to align architecture, governance, and delivery practices with business priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions (Operations, Finance, Clinical, Safety, etc.) to translate business goals into actionable data requirements and roadmaps.
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, quality, adoption) and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Support data governance standards and help operationalize data stewardship, lineage, and documentation across teams.
- Champion continuous improvement of agile delivery processes, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of experience in data or analytics roles, including at least 5+ years in a Product Manager or Agile Delivery capacity
- Proven success delivering data initiatives using Scrum framework
- Experience managing and delivering on enterprise data strategies and roadmaps
- Expertise in Snowflake (data modeling, architecture, and lifecycle management)
- Experience building and managing data pipelines, governed data sets, and self-service data capabilities
- Power BI or similar visualization tools (nice to have)
- Familiarity with ELT and orchestration tools such as dbt, Estuary, or Airflow
Skills
- Deep understanding of data as a product and how to define, measure, and evolve data assets for business impact
- Strong leadership and facilitation of agile ceremonies (ScrumMaster certification preferred)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment across multiple business functions
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivery metrics, quality, and outcomes
- Familiarity with modern data governance, metadata management, and lineage tracking tools (e.g., Atlan, Collibra)
Computer Skills
- Snowflake cloud data platform (required)
- Jira or Azure DevOps (required)
- Power BI, Sigma, or equivalent visualization tools (required)
- Familiarity with dbt, Python, or other data orchestration/transform tools preferred
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent preferred
- Data or Cloud certification (SnowPro, Azure Data Engineer, etc.) desirable
