Overview

 Job Summary

Responsible for reviewing and auditing expense reports submitted through Concur Expense to ensure compliance with the Air Methods travel and expense policies.

 Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following. 

 • Performs auditing reviews of employee expense reports, for compliance with policies and procedures prescribed by management

 • Reviews expense report supporting documents to ensure proper coding and approval

 • Assists Concur users with proper expense report submission

 • Advise in development of policies and procedures for expense coding and reimbursement

 • Reconcile expense report clearing accounts

 • Other Duties as assigned.        

 Additional Job Requirements    

 • Regular scheduled attendance              

 • Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling – 0%

 Subject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.  All employees must follow Air Methods’ employment practices and policies.

 Education & Experience

 • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 • Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience

 • Experience in travel expense auditing or accounting

  Skills

 • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to employees at all levels of the company

 • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

 • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines

 • Utilizes strong analytical skills to process data within already defined procedures

 Computer Skills

 • Proficient with Microsoft Suite; including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

 • High proficiency with Excel (e.g., vLookup, Pivot tables)

 • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense software

USD $23.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay
