Overview

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the business by delivering high-quality strategic and tactical analysis in support Finance and Operations (including scheduling, maintenance and flight operations.  Develop decision support tools for the operation including scheduling the updating of data supporting developed tools.  Familiar with a broad spectrum of analytical techniques and interest in implementing useful analytics.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources

  • Develop business dashboards and reports in support of operations

  • Develop decision support tools for use by operation in day-to-day operational decisions

  • Interface with analytical community to leverage wide range of expertise to address operational issues

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Management or Analytical field from four-year college or university and two to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience using analytical toolset.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing toolset to support the operating environment.
  • Experience or interest in process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma)

 Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently, works in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and has strong attention for detail
  • Demonstrates high critical thinking, reasoning skills, and good professional judgement

Computer Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficient at data manipulation tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Air Methods systems (UKG, Complete Flight, Snowflake, Rescue Net, Coupa, or others)

USD $65,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $80,000.00/Yr.
