Job Summary
Responsible for the revision and further development of the Air Methods International Flight Operations program. Researches operational, regulatory, training, insurance, licensure, and customs requirements for policy development in support of international air ambulance operations into Canada and other countries using fixed and rotor wing aircraft.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
10 years’ experience in Part 135 flight operations preferred
Skills
Knowledge and compliance with FAR's, the Air Methods General Operations Manual, Pilot Training Program, and the interface with other associated controlling manuals.
Proven leadership, planning, organizational and follow-up skills.
Demonstrates high critical thinking and reasoning skills and strong attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment that requires ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating or ATP
