The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing the technology platforms that support our workforce, including HR, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, learning, and performance management systems.
This position serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, and ongoing support of our HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong UKG Pro and Workforce Management experience, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and operational teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
This position is based in Denver, Colorado and operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring regular in-office collaboration.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
• Provides HRIS support for new implementations, enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing system administration. Participates in project management activities including discovery, design, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, communication planning, and end-user training support.
• Develops and maintains documentation for system configurations, processes, testing plans, and implementation activities.
• Serves as a system administrator for assigned HR systems, including management of system security, user access, and quarterly SOX user access reviews.
• Generates standard and ad hoc reports utilizing tools such as Cognos, Excel, UKG reporting solutions, and other SaaS reporting platforms.
• Troubleshoots system, reporting, interface, integration, and connectivity issues across internal and external platforms. Identifies root causes and partners with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
• Collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, operational leaders, and external vendors to support system enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Leads and participates in system configuration meetings and provides project coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reviews system data and reporting outputs for accuracy and completeness. Maintains data integrity through routine audits, analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Supports recruiting, learning management, payroll, workforce management, and other HR technology platforms as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Regular scheduled attendance.
• Hybrid work arrangement requiring regular in-office presence in the Denver, Colorado area.
• Travel: Less than 5%.
